Claire is truly fantastic at what she does, combining life coaching with personal training. I have really benefitted greatly from this approach, as Claire and I discussed my short term and long term goals every week when we met in her studio for Personal Training. The goals included fitness and diet planning (with more emphasis on exercise than dieting!) as well as other important aspects of life, such as making time for myself to exercise regularly and even thinking about long term career changes! As a busy working of mum of two small children, I was not giving myself the time I needed and so discussing how to do this and the benefits that come with it, made an incredible difference to my lifestyle.
Claire’s life coaching approach is empathetic, focused and always positive and she is an excellent personal trainer as well, both of which made our sessions so valuable to me on many levels. I found that the life coaching has really enabled me to stay focused in order to regain fitness and health, as well as maintaining a positive mental attitude. Claire provides a truly excellent service!!
